The host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and open. He helped us plan a day trip around Rome and, since it was our first time there, suggested some great local places to eat. He spoke fluent English, responded quickly, gave good instructions, and offered late check-in with a key box. We booked by phone. The rooms were cleaned every day and were tidy. Coffee, including espresso you could make yourself, tea, and complimentary muffins were available in the fully equipped kitchen. The building has a small elevator, though we didn’t use it. We had a really nice stay, and the location is excellent, right by a metro station.

The hotel is in a strategic spot, right opposite the metro station and on the same street as the Vatican, in a central part of Rome. The staff were friendly, and the owner gave me all the information I needed during my stay. My bedroom was spacious and clean, and breakfast was good too. A very good place to stay.

Fabio was a wonderful, helpful host who was happy to accommodate us. This is a fantastic little B&B, very close to Vatican City and other amenities. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Rome, this guest house is definitely worth considering.

We loved how quiet the room was, even with the Otaviano metro station, shops, and places to eat all so close. Everything suited us perfectly. Fabio and miss Emi were wonderful, warm people.

Fabio was a fantastic host. When we ran into trouble getting to Rome, he helped us work through it. We were a couple in our mid-30s, and found the room clean, well equipped for our needs, and very close to the Vatican. Highly recommend.
