The breakfast was the highlight for us. Each morning we looked forward to coffee or tea and a cornetto in different flavours at Sciascia Caffè 1919, just a few steps away. The cafe wasn't busy, we could sit inside or out, and the waiters were friendly. We got vouchers based on how many days we stayed. We really miss those breakfasts. The apartment is close to Lepanto metro and Termini, and the Vatican is about a 10-minute walk. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and cafes around, and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. For groceries, we used the nearby Careffour Express, though Careffour Market is better for bigger shops and farther away. Trattoria Ai Villini and Sfiziami Italian Bistrot are nearby options we can recommend. At first we were unsure about sharing a common area, but there was no need to worry. The accommodation was beautiful, cosy, and stylish, and the owner kept it immaculately clean. He came every day to clean the shared area and take out the rubbish. He was easy to talk to and always willing to help. When our electrical fuses went out, he came straight over to sort it out. The breakfasts, location, and especially the owner made our time in Rome wonderful. Thank you so much, Marco!

Room A has a garden view, and staying there was worth the visit. The apartment has several separate rooms plus a shared common area, and it's in a perfect location. Our host was attentive. The only letdown was the included breakfast at the nearby Sciascia cafe. We didn't enjoy it, and there are nicer places that seem to value your custom more. Still, I can definitely recommend the apartment.

A good choice if you like walking around Rome and want to stay away from the busy areas. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby, and our host was friendly and professional. They also looked after us when we needed a late checkout. I'd recommend it.

Check-in and checkout were straightforward, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. We could use the kitchen, which had a hotplate for cooking pasta or something similar, plus a fridge. The service was very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine, and we recommend femasuits!!
