They didn't reply on WhatsApp or answer our messages in the Booking.com app. We were three young women in our twenties, left stranded at night in a foreign city where we didn't speak the language, with no help or solution. We had to book somewhere else after the way we were treated on arrival. Days after we'd left, the hosts finally contacted Booking.com and said, “mold is not nice to look at but is no problem.” That's completely false: mold is a serious health concern for people with allergies and respiratory issues like me. It shows how little they care. Booking.com is investigating whether to remove the property from its site. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else. The staff don't care about you, they're scammers.
