Good value, and the accommodation was nice. The location is central.

The apartment is comfortable and clean, and the staff were very friendly. It’s close to the Mausoleum of Augustus, Via del Corso, and the Spanish Steps. The awkward part is check-in: you have to arrive between 3 and 5 PM, or you may have to pay €25 for keys that aren’t there. You can open and lock the apartment with an app.

We stayed at the property in September 2020, and the broken air conditioning made the stay uncomfortable. The property manager offered to reimburse our accommodation costs. Even after several reminders, I still haven’t received the refund. It’s not about the amount for me, it’s about keeping a commitment the manager made.

The owner was always around when needed, and the place is excellent and right in the centre.
