The hosts were great, and we had a lovely room with comfortable beds. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the location makes it easy to get around. The area outside felt rough, though. Every night a man was yelling to himself and punching walls, and a homeless man's bed was actually blocking the entrance.

A woman we spoke with was pleasant, and check-in went smoothly. The rooms are cleaned every day, even if you're staying several nights. The place is close to most of the city sights, with a metro nearby and the airport bus station about 10 minutes away. The Wi-Fi was awful, almost nonexistent. There were also some odd people on the street in front, so I'd be careful, though we noticed that in many places.

The room was about 1 by 1 metre, dusty, with no window, no air, and barely any space to move. We couldn't get the fan working, and when I complained, she got mad, showed us how to turn it on, and shouted at me not to leave a bad review. She also left a bad review about me. She was available, but that doesn't make up for such an unsuitable room. We couldn't breathe and felt like we were in a sauna, and it ruined our first night's sleep after the flight. We moved to crispi 10, where the room was much bigger and had AC. I wouldn't recommend sleeping in a room like that.

There are restaurants, bars, and shops close by, and we thought it was great value for the money. The room was clean and nice, with daily cleaning. Reception is usually unattended, so you need to let them know when you'll arrive. A very friendly and helpful woman greeted us when we got there.

We were there for just one night in May, and it was okay. It was clean and easy to get to, but there was nowhere to leave our luggage after checkout.
