Flaminiarooms

The host was great and communicated clearly. I felt very safe with several locked entries along the way, and the place was in a convenient spot near shops, restaurants, attractions, bus stops, and the subway. The room was beautiful and clean, with all the basics and then some. It checked every box and even exceeded my expectations. I’d stay here again if we come back to Rome.

We booked a room for four with two beds, but at check-in they gave us a standard room instead. They didn’t refund us for the mistake.

They canceled my reservation because their pet policy had changed, but I wasn’t told until a week later. At first they blamed a supposed payment failure and kept declining my card. It happened just as we were already trying to find another way to go without our dog, which caused a lot of inconvenience. On the phone, I was told they no longer accept pets because of complaints about room conditions, with moths mentioned. I understand guests should take care of the property, but managing and cleaning the rooms is the property’s responsibility.

The room was missing a coffee machine, and the beds didn’t match the description. The location was really convenient, though, and Goody cafe on the corner was a lifesaver in the mornings.
