Flat 7 Rome

We were very happy with our stay in this private room from July 13 to July 17 2025, and I'd gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. The staff were friendly, helpful with questions, and offered useful ideas for places to see and restaurants. They were flexible when our flight was delayed and met us at a very unconventional hour. I also mixed up our booking dates, but they replied promptly by phone and extended the reservation for the whole period without making us switch rooms, even though we'd originally been set to spend a night in one room and then move. The location is excellent, just a few minutes on foot from Termini Station. The Colosseum is about a 20-minute walk at an easy pace, and other main sights, including the Vatican, are reachable on foot or with a few metro stops. Our room was cozy and clean, and having a private shower was nice after long days out. There was also a little tea station in the shared area, which added to the welcoming feel.

Linda’s place near Termini was quiet and made for a comfortable night's rest. The room was clean, simply furnished, and had air conditioning. The host was friendly, and getting around from there was convenient. Highly recommend!！

Linda went out of her way to make my wife's birthday special. We stayed a few nights, went elsewhere, then came back for a couple more. She decorated the apartment and had a cake ready for our return, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the birthday feel magical. At Flat 7 Rome, we felt like family. Linda was welcoming and helpful from the time we booked, and she clearly cares about making guests comfortable. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a handy location near Roma Termini for exploring the city. We'd absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Linda!

The hosts were responsive and friendly, and the location made exploring easy, with the Metro very close by. Flat 7 was clean, comfortable, and just as described. I'd definitely stay again.
