Giornate Romane

Mrs. Paola was so kind, and I had a comfortable bed and a really nice stay. I only needed the B&B for one night because I had a test nearby, and its location made that easy, just a three-minute walk from the B line metro.

Ms. Paoula welcomed me so warmly, with that Italian smile, and the stay at her place was peaceful and very pleasant. The metro is close by, and you're already in the city center. Thanks so much, Ms. Paoula. I'd happily come back.

My daughter was left without a place to stay on the very day she was due to arrive. Mrs. Paola called at 9:35 a.m. to say that, after I'd booked two nights, she could no longer provide the room because she was leaving to be with her dying sister. I felt sorry for her and didn't press the issue, even though I knew this would cause me a huge problem. That afternoon I called from a different number because my husband hadn't believed me, and she acted and arranged availability as if nothing had happened. She caused me enormous inconvenience. Be careful about trusting her. She must have offered more availability than she had.

For €50 a night, this meets the standards of a 2-star hotel, with clean rooms and friendly service. The property has three spacious rooms, and two share a bathroom, which may or may not suit your needs. It's very close to Marconi metro station. Breakfast could use some improvement.
