Please save yourself stress and do not book with this "hotel." We booked plenty ahead of time for our honeymoon in Italy. They emailed us to see what time we will be in and I let them know the morning of our arrival time. They said to contact them through Whatsapp but the phone numbers did not work. We got to the location at the check-in time and found there was no lobby and no one to speak to. I booked through hotels.com and started talking to the agent to help us but unfortunately they couldn't. They kept telling us to call but we couldn't call internationally and the phone numbers weren't w

We stayed there as a famely of 4. The children's bed was bad ! the room was not clean (full of dust), we complained several times and did not receive any treatment for the problem

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. It’s a shame that this hotel is allowed to exists. Shower head would not work at all. Hotel said that they would “call someone but it would be a few days”. We ran into another person in the lobby, and they said it was awful as well. Our sheets were stained and the room was overall dirty. I wouldn’t wish this hotel on my worst enemy.
