The location was handy for the train station, but I barely slept, which outweighed that convenience. The rooms are very noisy, with little to no sound insulation between the bathrooms. From 4 am on, it felt like the people next door were in my bathroom.

I booked a room through Booking last week for that same day. Within five minutes, the owner messaged me quite rudely to say my credit card was invalid and that he was cancelling the reservation. I corrected the card right away, but he kept insisting he’d given the room away and we were no longer welcome, even though the policy was to wait for guests until 6 PM. Rude and unprofessional people who have no idea how to run a business.

They added little thoughtful touches to the room each day, and when she noticed we drank wine, she put wine glasses there for us. The service was great and personal. We adored our stay.

We had a very satisfying four-day stay. The breakfast was very good, the hosts were friendly, and the location was extremely convenient. Really good accommodation in Rome, and I’d recommend it to all my friends.

The owners were really nice and thoughtful. The guesthouse is amazing, close to the central station, and easy to reach by public transport when heading into the center. I recommend it!
