For my first trip to Italy, this guesthouse made the experience so special. Mario was kind, lively, and always ready to help. Each morning he enthusiastically walked me through a map of Rome, and checked that I had what I needed. He'd communicated clearly before I arrived, too. The place was spotless, cozy, quaint, and had a real Italian feel. I loved starting the day with coffee and a book on my patio. Everything was within walking distance. I can't say enough good things about my stay, and highly recommend it. Thank you, Mario!
Mario was responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, adding a personal touch to the stay. Our room at Relais Indipendenza was cozy, spotless, and well kept, a welcome place to return to after long days out. Termini is just minutes away, so getting around Rome or taking day trips was easy. The stay exceeded our expectations. If you're after a clean place in a convenient location, I'd recommend it.
We booked a room with a balcony and had fun sitting out to enjoy the view. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we wanted to explore was within easy walking distance. It was a quiet spot, too. Mario and Veronika were so welcoming, kind, and helpful, and we're really glad we met them. Thanks for such a lovely stay. We're looking forward to coming back! 🤍🤍🤍
The host was easy to reach and quick to respond, and the apartment had basic kitchen facilities. It's about a seven-minute walk from Rome Termini Station, and the environment was fairly clean. But there's no elevator, so hauling luggage upstairs was hard. Maybe it was the room type I chose, but the room was very small and the TV screen tiny. The price wasn't too high for the location, but of the several guesthouses I stayed in around Rome, this one had the weakest facilities.
I felt safe knowing Veronica and Marco were friendly, helpful, and always there to contact if I needed anything. Everything about the guesthouse was amazing. Thank you so much 😌
