Hotel City Palazzo dei Cardinali

The hotel has a chic interior, especially the breakfast dining room, and the staff were kind and accommodating. They even put up balloons for my sister, which was such a sweet gesture. Our clean rooms were serviced daily, with plenty of wardrobe space, a cute bathroom, great air conditioning, and a comfortable bed. The location was excellent, with gorgeous boutiques on the street and a short walk to the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. We had no issues during our stay. I'd absolutely stay here again when I visit Rome.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the cappuccino was honestly the best we've ever had. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. We felt incredibly lucky to stay at Hotel City–Palazzo Dei Cardinali in Rome. It's right in the heart of the city, just a 4-minute walk from Piazza di Spagna and 7 minutes from Fontana Di Trevi. It exceeded all our expectations. We can't wait to return, and would highly recommend it for couples and families.

We'd happily return to Hotel City - Palazzo dei Cardinali. The location made it easy to explore, and the hotel was peaceful and comfortable. Everything was spotless, from the common areas to our room. The staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast had a delicious range of fresh sweet and savory choices. The birthday surprise was especially touching: a candle, a birthday song, and a lovely gesture that made the celebration special. The surprise bottle of wine in our room was another much appreciated touch.

The location is perfect, the hotel is nice and clean, and we were able to check in early. They also put together a really cute birthday setup for my husband. But I had a really bad experience waiting more than two hours for an iron. They only had one, and it doesn't make sense for someone to keep it that long. The hotel should have a better system so this doesn't delay other rooms. Our plans were delayed and our schedule got messy. It was really disappointing, and I'm pretty sure it will change how I feel about the hotel.
