10/10
The neighborhood felt safe, with a metro station nearby and lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and all sorts of shops. The place is within walking distance of the city center, monuments and other sights. Alessandro and his son welcomed us and were always there when we needed them. Our room was big, clean and, most importantly, safe. Breakfast is basic. Highly recommended!

The owner and his kids were polite, cheerful and really helpful. The place was clean and tidy, with a very cozy atmosphere, and it's five minutes from the Vatican with direct access to most places. One small drawback for families with a young child or infant: the elevator is small, and a stroller only fits if it's fully closed.

Owner Andrea was very helpful, and there are a pizzeria and bar right next door where you can get dinner or breakfast. The accommodation is a two-minute walk from Ottaviano metro station. The room could have been cleaner, and breakfast wasn't enough.

The owners were kind and helpful, and the location was ideal. Our room was clean and comfortable, but after a tiring day the very soft mattress kept us from relaxing. The air conditioning also wasn't working in the heat.

We had a nice time in Rome. The place was friendly, clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty. The air conditioning was a bit loud, but after the first night it wasn't a problem.
