There was nobody from the staff around during our stay, and we were given just one small towel each for the whole visit. The room and sheets smelled bad and felt unhygienic. It's really one room in a three-bedroom apartment, with the bathroom and toilet outside it. The doors don’t block sound, so you hear each time someone comes in or uses the bathroom. The windows don’t insulate either. At night that was annoying, with a bar, restaurant and glass container across the way. I wouldn’t stay again, taking all that into account.

The B&B is in my building, which is super convenient, but the area is nice and welcoming in its own right, full of shops and restaurants and well served by public transport. You can reach the Colosseum in under 20 minutes. I’ve been renting Giada’s rooms for my parents for two years whenever they visit, and she’s always been reliable. The rooms are quiet, have private bathrooms, and there’s a cute, welcoming common area.

The room was huge and had a bookcase full of different books, which we loved. Everything was clean and tidy, and Giada, the owner, gave us a warm welcome. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The nearby bus stop makes it easy to get to the city center. We’ll definitely book here again when we're back in Rome.

Mrs. Gaia was so kind and really made us feel at home. The place has a welcoming feel and everything you could need on vacation, including the kitchen. There are lots of shops and supermarkets close by, and the bus stop is just steps away. A fantastic place!

Giada's kindness is a real highlight, and I already want to come back before I've even left. The room is spotless and nicely furnished, with thoughtful touches like a well-stocked bookcase, good lighting and plenty of storage. There are sweets by the entrance, a coffee maker, and even a notebook for guests to leave greetings for the hostess. Her warmth and considerate manner made the stay delightful. Thank you ❤️
