The daytime receptionist was pleasant and friendly, but the nighttime one was quite different and not friendly at all. The location is good, and the room itself was clean, but it needs more attention and a proper renovation. The shower curtain was old, filthy, and moldy. The bed was okay, though the linens seemed the wrong size and gave the impression they hadn’t been washed. They left just one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so you have to ask reception for more if you run out. For what we paid, it wasn’t worth it.

Nice staff, except for the person serving breakfast. The breakfast was terrible, and even the coffee had such a burned taste that I can still remember it three years later. Better to eat outside. As a base for trekking, it’s good and not expensive. But the bathroom arrangement was the strangest I’ve ever seen: the toilet is inside the shower space. Definitely not even a 3 star hotel.

The staff were absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful, and we had no problems during our three-day stay. We chose this hotel because it’s close to the Trevi fountain, with lots of great restaurants nearby and the termini train station very close too. The room style wasn’t really my taste, but after a long day of sightseeing those very firm beds were perfect for recovering.

The front desk staff were friendly and gave us useful information. Our room had been newly renovated and was very clean. The location worked well, about a 3 minute walk from Roma termini and a 15 minute walk to the main tourist sights.

The price was good, but the rooms felt dirty and were noisy, with sounds from the neighbours and running water. The hotel was borderline disgusting. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
