The hotel was clean, breakfast was okay, and they changed the sheets every day. I really didn't like how the staff handled my things. Their job is to clean the room, not move around my makeup and hairbrushes. They broke my perfume bottle while cleaning and didn't offer any compensation. Afterward, the woman working at breakfast gave me a phone number that couldn't be reached, and no one answered my emails either. I felt she had lied to me. The receptionist was rude and didn't even say hello. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Don't leave anything valuable or important in your room, as there’s a chance it may “magically” disappear.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. The hotel is well located, close to everything, and our rooms were tidy, clean, and great. Staff were very kind and took care of all our needs with a smile. Highly recommend!

For an affordable two-star hotel, our room was huge, with a balcony, and the service felt like a five-star place. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and kind that we felt like family. They even folded my laundry as part of the excellent turn-down service. It's a two-minute walk to the station and close to everything. There’s also a really convenient shop next door with good prices. I'd highly recommend it.

We stayed four nights and the room was clean and tidy. With temperatures at 37 degrees, having the AC running and keeping the room cool made it much more bearable. The owner was amazing, looked after everything we needed, and always had a big smile and warm heart. Room service was very good and we got fresh towels each time. I’d highly recommend this clean, budget-friendly place in Rome.

Breakfast was amazing, with really good coffee served by Matilda, a lovely, sweet Italian woman who won our hearts. The room was adequate and good value. They cleaned it and changed our blankets every day, and brought enough toilet paper so we didn't need to buy any. Being close to Termini and the bus stations made getting around easy. There were shops nearby and faucets with running water. I'd definitely come back.
