Our stay was a very, very, very bad experience. The toilet flush was broken: after flushing, we had to wait at least 30 minutes before we could flush again. When we reported it, reception said a repair technician would come the next day, which meant spending the whole night without a working toilet. The next day, the technician came twice, first to inspect the fault and then with a tool to replace the part. Repair workers came again on the second and third days to continue the work. Traveling and booking a hotel to rest turned into dealing with one repair worker after another. They should have checked the room and made sure it was ready for guests. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were polite and helpful, the AC worked, and everything was clean. This is a very basic hotel, but it doesn’t claim to be anything more, and it delivers what it promises. If you want a budget option near Rome Termini station, it’s a great choice.

We stayed for eight nights in October 2025, and the staff really tried to look after us. Just be careful not to mix up Hotel DOMUS Termini, our comfortable accommodation on the 1st floor, with Hotel Termini on the third floor.

The walls are thin, so noise from nearby rooms and the hall carries through and can be disruptive. That could be hard for light sleepers or anyone wanting a quiet break. Still, the hotel is clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, with helpful recommendations and assistance. The location is excellent for public transport, close to major hubs and convenient for exploring the city or traveling farther afield. Despite the noise, it’s a worthwhile option.

The staff made me feel welcome and gave me outstanding service. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and fresh every day. With that level of hospitality and cleanliness, I had a perfect stay. I can’t wait to return.
