Hotel Fiorenza

I had to cancel my reservation at Hotel Fiorenza at short notice. My booking wasn't eligible for a free cancellation, but the team made an exception and let me cancel without a charge. They were quick to respond, professional, and very friendly. That kind of care makes a difference, and I can tell they value their guests. Thanks for the excellent service. I'll definitely choose hotel fiorenza again.

It's more like a hostel than a hotel, and the rooms are tiny. You share the toilet and fridge, and there's no kettle in the room, which was a letdown. The rooms were clean enough, though a bit dusty. Mostly, you're paying for the handy location right next to the station. You get what you pay for.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. I had back pain every day because the beds were so uncomfortable. It was cold at night, and the tiny radiator only warmed the room a little before stopping for a long time. Even with the windows shut, cold air came in, so the room always felt freezing. The bathroom stank, and there wasn't a shelf in the shower. There were plenty of other problems too. Easily the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

It's very close to Termini, though you can tell it's a budget place. The toilet and shower were shared with two other rooms, while our room had air conditioning and a sink. The stay wasn't too bad: we got fresh towels and the rooms were cleaned daily. Wi-Fi wasn't great during our stay, though that might not always be the case.
