The staff were kind and friendly, and gave us good restaurant recommendations. Our wifi worked fine. The rooms were clean, though a bit dated, and the beds felt more like cots than proper twin beds. Breakfast did the job, but it should start earlier. We left before it was served several days so we could beat the crowds at places like the Vatican. If you start your day after 7:30-8, that timing shouldn't be a problem. This was a good choice for an affordable sightseeing trip. The location makes many of Rome's popular sights easy to reach and is also close to the departure point for day trips from the city. It's not somewhere I'd choose to spend hours relaxing in the hotel. One thing to know: it's on the second floor, and while there's an elevator, it's very small and could be difficult for some.

The service was fantastic, and the staff were helpful and nice. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I liked being close to restaurants, shops, the Vatican and the city metro. I'd recommend it to travellers on a budget who want good value.

This was a good price for a hotel near Vatican City. Our room faced the building's backyard, so it was quiet at night. The spacious room had a big, comfortable bed, 160 cm wide for two, and it was cleaned every day. Breakfast choices were croissants, yoghurt and toast, and the receptionist made coffee. Lepanto station is within a 10-minute walk.

The rooms were spotless and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were so helpful and made us feel welcome with huge smiles. Thanks so much for helping us arrange our transfer. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Even though the hotel wasn't five stars, Daniela at the front lobby was incredible and made us feel very welcome. She helped us find addresses and get oriented around the city. Our room was very clean, and housekeeping were friendly. My wife and I were really impressed by Roma, with its cafes, restaurants and historic places within walking distance or easy to reach by metro. Chris & Cristina
