Claudia and Marco were so friendly and helpful, and we’d happily stay here again. Hotel Navona is a small, modern place in an old building right in historic Roma, with a little lift up to the rooms. It was an ideal base for walking to many of the sights. We loved the room, though the bed felt a bit too firm to me. My husband thought it was “perfecto”.

Michele at reception was especially attentive and polite, and helped make our stay really comfortable. The whole team was great. The room was kept very clean, with fresh towels and linens, and breakfast was very good. With such a convenient location, this was an excellent hotel. I’ll definitely stay again next time I’m in Rome.

The entrance didn’t make much of a first impression, but inside the hotel was fine. It’s clean, the staff were helpful, and they sorted out a couple of small problems for us. The location is handy for all the major sights. Breakfast was okay, about what you’d expect at a Holiday Inn Express, though there’s very little room in the dining area. One odd detail in our room: the shower sat in a nook screened by a window-style shade, while the WC had a proper door.

The room was roomy and clean, and we were made to feel very welcome from arrival through the rest of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive to our requests. Breakfast had plenty of variety and there was lots of it. The hotel is also close to everything. Thank you!

The location is hard to beat, and we were happy with the stay overall. We had the junior suite with the spa, but the rooms are on the small side, which we’d more or less expected. Honestly, the upgrade only seems worthwhile if you plan to use the spa every day. Still, it’s a really good hotel and I’d recommend it.
