The room was clean and the staff very friendly. It's a good hotel close to all the tourist sights in Rome.

2/10
The staff were attentive, and the location is convenient, just two blocks from Rome Termini. Apart from those positives, the cleanliness was really poor. We were put in room 116, which we had to shut promptly because mice were moving around in the first-floor ceiling, apparently because of the dirt from things people throw out of the windows. The bathroom window wouldn't close, either. The mattress was so uncomfortable that they should replace it. We are a couple from Argentina, Mirta and Carlos.

The service was hard to beat, and the place was spotless and comfortable. Great value, too, with a really convenient location.
