The room itself was okay, and for Rome the price wasn’t too bad. I also liked the location: it was a bit outside the main city, but just a two-minute walk from the metro, which made reaching the landmarks easy. Even so, the problems really got in the way, and I won’t be coming back. My booking was cancelled on the day I was due to arrive, while I was on my way. It got sorted out, but it was very stressful. At check-in, staff charged me an extra 100 euro for “city taxes and extra towels.” That was ridiculous, so I demanded a refund at checkout, which they thankfully gave me. The main shower head didn’t work, and the large, clear shower gel bottle on the wall had no soap in it. Coffee was in a shared machine out in the hallway, but the pods were the wrong ones and wouldn’t even fit. On top of that, my room wasn’t at the hotel’s original location. I had to walk six minutes to the other site, which was a hassle with all my luggage.

Right by the metro and in the heart of Rome, so the location is worth it if you want to be near the center. The breakfast wasn’t great, but you get what you pay for. I would’ve liked the room to be cleaner.

This hotel was a nightmare, easily the worst thing that’s ever happened to me. I’d give it zero stars, or negative ones, if I could. The rooms were filthy, the bathroom looked like one in a prison, and the towels were dirty. The AC made horrible noises and didn’t work. The curtains were torn apart, and the water was cold the whole time. The area didn’t feel safe either. One night, someone tried to get into our room. Stay away, don’t even consider coming here. Run from it like fire.

For a few days while travelling through, this was a good place to stay. The apartment was just fine, with a standing fan, a small fridge, and a shared shower that was okay-ish. It’s centrally located beside the metro. There’s underground parking next to the apartment for 20 euro a day.

The basilika is close by, which is handy, but I can’t recommend this hotel. My room wasn’t clean, with hair and mold, and one of the reception guys came across as really rude. It might work for a night if you’re on a budget, though I think it costs a lot. Maybe your stay will go better.
