Hotel Suite Caesar

The room was quiet because it didn't face the street, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also found plenty of restaurants and several laundries within walking distance. The coffee was good quality and a good value. The hotel is very close to Roma Termini, with reception staffed until late in the evening. The bed was worn out and uncomfortable. There was only a sheet on it when we arrived, though we found a quilt in the wardrobe. Hot water pressure was almost nonexistent, but improved a lot when we used cold water too. If you don't mind a cool shower, it's manageable.

Just a couple of minutes from the train station, and a really good value. The front desk woman was very sweet and even offered us free coffee. Service was amazing, and our room was quite clean and pretty.

The location is a big plus, just steps from Rome Termini, with easy access to high-speed trains, the subway, and buses for getting around to most sights. The room itself badly needs updating. The bed sagged in the middle, and the shower felt cramped. It was amusing at first that people in the building seemed to compete for the right hot-water temperature and pressure, but that gets old fast.

There were eight of us, and the staff went out of their way to help. They even served breakfast early so we could eat before heading to the airport. The location was perfect, the rooms were good, and the service was excellent. Thank you.
