We had an emergency and needed to move a trip we’d booked five months ahead to an earlier date. Even though rooms were available, the hotel wouldn’t help change our reservation or offer any accommodation. They never answer the phone, and they don’t give refunds either, so I’ve lost almost $3000. Because of this, we can’t go on our trip. I wouldn’t recommend booking here at all. Stick with Airbnb. Thanks, Hotiday.

The location is beautiful, breakfast was great, and the bar was very nice. After that, the stay was a letdown. Our bed was very uncomfortable, the ventilation made a lot of noise, and the fire alarm flashed all night. We also left some personal things behind. It took several calls before staff told us nothing had been found. Bring a sleep mask and earplugs, and be careful not to leave anything behind. Better yet, avoid the place. It isn’t worth the price or the standard it claims to offer.

The service was beyond service. A hotel well worthy of respect. I recommend it.
