The location is great, and the apartment is good overall, but some details made the room feel less comfortable. There’s a lot of black in the décor, which feels heavy, and the lighting is especially weak at night. The TV isn’t Smart either, which feels out of date. Improving those things would make the stay much better.

Rosella was an excellent hostess. Communication before check-in was clear, even though we arrived early. The rooms were very clean, the shower had great pressure, and there’s a French balcony. The location was perfect for shopping. I’d stay again.

We had a spacious, comfortable room, clean beds, and a rain shower I loved. The hotel is close to lots of boutiques, and the sights are no more than 35 minutes away on foot, which made it easy to explore Rome. The staff were kind and incredibly helpful. A day before we left, they messaged to ask about check-in; I wasn’t sure when I’d arrive, and they reassured me it was no problem. When I couldn’t turn off the LED strips, I messaged on WhatsApp very late and got a reply within a minute. Everything was perfect. I’d definitely return to this B&B if I come back to Rome.

The staff were nice, and breakfast was great every morning. It’s a perfect base for visiting Rome, with all the major attractions within walking distance.
