Dear Ms. Giardinelli, I'm sorry your stay at my vacation rental wasn't to your liking. For concerns about old-fashioned furnishings, you could have looked at our website or other platforms before booking. The property is advertised extensively, with photos of every room and the furnishings, including the bathtub. It has no seat, as you pointed out when describing a risk of falling. We wash and sanitize the linens after each guest and provide them in sealed packages. I can't comment on your personal taste in linens. There are two towel racks by the bidet, and a storage unit for towels under the sink. The bed you called a camp bed is actually a sofa bed. We are available to guests if any problems or comments come up, but we didn't hear from you during your stay. Given the excellent reviews I regularly receive, your account surprises me. Sincerely, Rita Bertoletti

The place smelled stale throughout, even the carton of expired milk the house provided. There was practically no bathroom equipment, including a towel rack, or even a wastebasket for the unlikely case of dirty towels. The bathtub was small and felt like a falling risk. The house itself was old, smelly, and poorly maintained, with old furnishings and worn linens. A camp bed in the entrance area was presented as a third bed. My experience was very negative.

A good apartment for families with children, with a fully equipped kitchen. It's close to the metro, a supermarket, and restaurants.

Sorrento is a great base here, and the location is excellent. The place is really nice, well equipped, and the service was great.
