The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see close enough to walk to. And for such a vibrant city, the hotel was surprisingly peaceful. We slept really well, with a great bed and pillow. Hotel Impero was beautifully presented and immaculately clean, with a wonderful atmosphere that made the stay feel special. The reception team were warm, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with from the moment we arrived. I'd relive the experience in a heartbeat. Thank you, highly recommend!

The breakfast had a decent spread and tasted good, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, walkable from Termini station and many sightseeing spots. The decor and rooms have a quaint old-world charm. Rooms are decent, although the corridor to the lift was small. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel gives you good value for the price. It's neat and clean, the rooms are good, and breakfast is okay. The staff are very well-mannered and supportive. The location is very good, close to Termini and along a straight route to the Colosseum area if you want to walk. There are also subway stops serving both that area and the Vatican, plus plenty of restaurants nearby.

The reception staff were all kind and helpful, and the location was good. But from the moment we walked in, there was a strong, unpleasant sewage smell that stayed throughout our whole visit and was extremely annoying. The wallpaper in the room was very dirty, and having the TV directly in front of the mirror was inconvenient.

I was satisfied with the service, the room, the comfort, and the overall cleanliness. The hotel is conveniently close to the main train station and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. I'd easily recommend it to people visiting Rome.
