iQ Hotel Roma

Doreen made a stressful luggage problem much easier to deal with. My bag was seriously delayed by the airline, and she patiently helped me communicate with them and follow up until it was resolved. Her thoughtful, professional help made a big difference to my trip. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, and the whole team is very friendly. Highly recommend.

The location was amazing, and the staff, cleanliness, and comfy beds were all great. Our room had a slight smell, though we got used to it. The air conditioning in the room was wonderfully cool. The workout room, on the other hand, was quite hot.

We really liked the rooftop restaurant and bar, especially the lovely staff and beautiful view. The hotel also made our later flight easy: after checking out, we explored some more, then came back to shower and change, while the staff held our bags. My sister and I were in Rome on a Lizzie McGuire-style adventure, and the beds were comfortable, the amenities were nice touches, and the train station was within walking distance after our flight from Milano. There’s so much to like here. Thanks for a great stay!

The breakfast bar was outstanding, with a great choice of fresh fruit and tasty dishes presented nicely at reasonable prices. Room service was efficient and on point, too. The staff were professional and friendly, especially Guiseppe at reception, who was helpful and informative about local services for visitors to Roma. This is one of the best IQ Hotels I’ve enjoyed, and my stay at IQ Hotel Roma, Italy was extremely comfortable. Thank you!
