After the airport lost our luggage, arriving here honestly felt like coming home. Even though we got in very late, Davide went out to buy emergency toiletries for us, which we’ll always remember. He and his wife were incredible hosts and went above and beyond to take care of us. The rooms were spotless and had a beautiful view. Restaurants and stores are close by, transport links are good, and the main attractions are easy to reach. We had a wonderful time at this B&B in Rome and would highly recommend it. We can’t wait to return, especially for Davide's delicious scrambled eggs!

Davide was a caring, friendly host who made sure everyone felt welcome. He prepared breakfast for us, and the quality of everything was exceptional. The place itself was fantastic, with stunning views and super clean facilities. I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it more.

It’s a very clean place, and the other guests were respectful, so noise was never a problem. We also had great Wi-Fi for looking up each day’s plans. The owners were kind, good-hearted people who were always available for questions and even helped arrange an airport ride. Breakfast was very good every morning, with a nice selection. The stay was away from the city bustle, but only a short walk from the subway station, so we could get anywhere in Rome. We found a great bakery and pizza place nearby and went several times. There’s a wine shop across the street, and a nearby women’s clothing store, Conbipel, had everything on SALE! We’d definitely book here again.

Our two nights at J24 in Rome were excellent. The room was clean and quiet, and David was such a warm, thoughtful host. He also made the best scrambled eggs for us each morning. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!
