8/10
The room was comfortable, and I slept well. It's just minutes from Trastevere and Campo de’ Fiori, with lots of good restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. The bathroom was the letdown. Its lighting was extremely dim, especially by the shower, so shaving or seeing clearly was difficult. For somewhere marketed as luxury accommodation, that needs attention. Still, the location and comfort made for a pleasant stay.

We walked everywhere from this room, right in the center of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, though they're only there from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The room has a bathrobe, slippers, a hairdryer, and a minibar, and the price is really good.

Daniela was an amazing host, and the room was comfortable and just like the pictures. JB Relais Luxury is in a fantastic spot, with everything walkable. It's close to a main street but far enough from the busiest areas that getting a taxi or Uber was really quick. We highly recommend it and will be back.

The bathroom is dark, which made doing makeup hard, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Breakfast had what you need to get the day started, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was amazing and quiet at night, with attractions and food close by. The staff were so helpful and nothing was an issue. We loved the old-school elevator too. I'd happily recommend it when in Rome.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, though they were only available in the mornings. We found bugs in the bathroom, so I can't recommend the hotel. Once we reported it, the staff gave us another room.
