We felt very safe and comfortable in this apartment. Our host was friendly and helpful, responded quickly, and spoke excellent English. For an inner-city place in Rome, we were happy with the space, which felt generous by European standards. It was quiet too, with quiet neighbours and no outdoor noise. The first-floor apartment faced an inside courtyard. The A/C was excellent, with a separate mini-split and temperature control in each room, which was a huge help with it being 96F outside. Wi-Fi was included. The location was excellent, with a grocery store around the corner and restaurants, breakfast spots, cafes, and gelato nearby. The bus and Metro were a one-minute walk away, and the Colosseum was a 15-minute walk. A few times we took the Metro to downtown or old town Rome and walked back from the Trevi Fountain or the Pantheon.

The apartment was comfortable, and the Colosseum was about a 10-minute walk away. The bus stop and Metro station were just 150 meters from the door.

Getting around was easy from this apartment in central Rome, with bus, tram, and train stops close by. It had all the appliances and kitchenware we needed, plus three air conditioners, one for each room. Shops, malls, and restaurants stayed open until 10:00 or 11:30 PM. The owner kept in touch and arranged an airport pickup in a 7-seater van for 60 euros, less than the prices we saw online. I highly recommend it! 👍
