Tyra was the highlight of our stay. She was kind, always ready to help, and her positive attitude made everything more enjoyable. When we had to leave early on two mornings, the staff prepared breakfast boxes for us, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, near the metro, in a quiet area that made it easy to get around. Our room was always clean, and we had a very pleasant stay. TV isn’t available in every room, so check with reception in advance if you need one. We had a great experience and would happily return.

The noise never let up, even with the doors and windows shut. We could hear the road, work vehicles, people, and even the church in the morning. The beds creaked, and the pillows were terrible for my neck. A place to stay should let you rest, but I don’t think anyone can rest here. The staff gave us a different room from the one we’d paid for and agreed on, then couldn’t be reached at the phone numbers they’d provided. The reviews and star rating for this “hotel” are simply lies. I hope anyone looking for a restful stay sees this and thinks very carefully before considering this place.

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were good, and it was so quiet in this local area. The metro is only a 5-10 minute walk away 😍🙏 The young woman at reception was amazing and spoke perfect British English. grazia

It’s a simple, clean place, and the breakfast was attractively priced, with basic, fresh, tasty food. The air conditioning didn’t work in either my room or my colleague’s, though, so we couldn’t heat the rooms. It was quite cold in November, and the heating controls are worth checking.

It’s a nice villa area on the outskirts, away from the busy street noise. It is relatively far from downtown, though.
