The staff made this stay special, especially Cristóbal and Ovidio. They were warm, looked after my comfort, and shared plenty of useful local tips. The location is convenient, and the room and the rest of the place were exquisite. I had a payment issue on my first day. They didn't make it stressful, reassured me we'd work it out, and let me stay that night. We resolved everything in the end, and I'm still grateful for how practical, flexible, and genuinely kind they were. That sort of understanding is rare.

Ovidio was enormously helpful, and the location is about as good as it gets, close to everything. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend :)

My partner and I stayed four nights at the beginning of May, just before the conclave, and I'd absolutely recommend the place. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was my partner's birthday during our visit, so I asked in the reservation if I could pay a little extra to have something left in the room. They didn't charge me, but that afternoon they brought a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolates! Each day, your stay includes a voucher for coffee and a pastry at the café across the street. You can use it any time, not just at breakfast. The old cage elevator is impressively well kept, though you have to go up a short flight of stairs to reach it. If you need a wheelchair or can't manage steps, I wouldn't recommend staying here. That's the only flaw, and it's common in older European buildings.

The location is excellent, right in central Rome, and we wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Ovidio was so kind, cordial, and attentive throughout. He welcomed us, explained how to get into the hotel, and stayed on top of things late at night until we could enter and settle into our rooms. He took care of the details of our visits, answered questions, handled our requests, and cleared up every doubt with great efficiency and courtesy. A spectacular person, truly splendid.
