Alessio was a great host, quick to reply and always helpful, and the apartment was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Cafés and local shops were nearby, and the metro was about a 7-8 minute walk away. From there, the ride to central Rome took around 20-30 minutes. There was very little natural light because the window faced another building. It was also tricky to locate at first: no visible sign or number outside, so we walked past a couple of times before finding it with Google Maps.

The trains pass very close to Maison Du Charme, so you can hear them. They fortunately stop running from around midnight until 5/6 am. I'm a heavy sleeper and it didn't bother me, but my husband used the earplugs provided. The heat pump heating, rather than radiators, could be better. Still, I'd give the place a solid 7.5 out of 10 and would choose it again if I returned to the area. The room was clean, cozy, modern, and had a really comfortable bed. The shared kitchenette was useful too. The only small issue there was just one power outlet by the bed, so you have to pick between plugging in a lamp or charging your phone. Getting there from Termini Station was quick and easy, and the neighborhood has good services. Cornettoland is only a few minutes away on foot, and I recommend it for breakfast, it's truly excellent. Self-check-in was simple: the very kind and helpful owner sent all the codes the day before we arrived, so we got in without any trouble. Thank you so much!

I felt right at home in this cozy, modern room, in a lovely apartment with a shared kitchenette. Everything was brand new, clean, and practical, and I was made to feel very welcome. The location is great, just five minutes from Ponte Lungo metro station. I'll be back soon, and I highly recommend it.
