The Vatican is close enough to walk to, and Cipro metro station is right around the corner for getting to the rest of the city. Our room was clean and very nice, with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast was awesome, and the host was welcoming and helpful. Everything was very clean, the room and facilities were better than I expected, and we had all we needed. I felt happy and comfortable there, and there were some lovely little touches too. Thanks so much, I’ll be back.

The apartment looks new, unlike many in Rome, but there’s still a lot to be desired. The so-called double bed is really two parts joined together, with a piece of foam in the middle. As for the bathroom, it takes a full 30 minutes for hot water to come through. Getting a decent shower takes another hour, not for relaxation, just because the water trickles out so slowly that washing properly takes that long. This can’t go on. If you don’t know how to host, you should leave it to someone who does.
