Hi, could you send me the details for the market store next door? I had a really bad transaction there. They charged me 300 euros too much, and I’m trying to get in touch with them.

The room I had was in good condition, big enough, and came with its own bathroom. The cleaning was excellent and the staff were very friendly. It’s also easy to reach and convenient for getting started, with the train station, metro, and airport transfers nearby.

The manager was cooperative and kind, and the rooms were nice and well maintained. The price was affordable, so I’d suggest booking here next time. One issue for tourists is that they don’t provide Italian connectors.

We were given a different room, and it was clean and spacious. The air conditioning took a little while to get going, but in the end choosing this place worked out well and was very economical.

The staff were good, and the location is excellent, just two minutes from Termini station. There’s a Fontana right in front of the hostel with drinking water. Breakfast at the restaurant was fair.
