Loved being able to step out into the beautiful garden and park. A really nice place.

Lovely place, and the owner and family were so welcoming.

After long days seeing Rome with the kids, coming back to Lisa's home was such a relief. It’s a charming spot surrounded by greenery, and public transport makes getting to central Rome and its monuments easy. Lisa was warm and attentive. The house was clean and had what we needed, from dishes and spices for cooking to shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels. She’d also stocked things for a nice breakfast. Thanks, Lisa, we had a wonderful Roman weekend.

B&B LE CICALE has a lovely setting, with greenery and shade, white stone benches, and the scent of the sea around you. It feels like a pleasant little base for people visiting the Eternal City, and there’s a garden where you can spend time among the surrounding greenery. The coastal breeze makes the long, sunny days feel cooler. A real surprise! But I can’t give it full marks. Four of us stayed for a week, and breakfast was just a liter of milk, toast, biscuits, jam, and hazelnut spread. After we complained, we did get two liters of juice and another two liters of milk. There’s no washing machine. The park in the photos is shared and outside the residential complex. The photographed garden belongs to the owner’s house, while guests have exclusive use of just a path with a small table. The innkeeper does offer the garden, but with children it feels a little awkward since the owner’s family uses it too, along with their lovely cat. I couldn’t find any sign of a swimming pool either. And watch out for mosquitoes, there are loads of them day and night.
