We stayed at this hotel in Rome and, overall, it was okay. The location was very good and everything was clean, which we really appreciated. However, the room was far too small for us. Both the bathroom and the room in general felt uncomfortable because of the limited space. If you are looking for something practical and well located, it works fine, but if space and comfort are important to you, this might not be the best option.

Likely the worst experience I've ever had booking lodging. We reserved a room months in advance through AAA, in the email sent to us it said instructions for how to enter the room as well as further contact details would be provided 5 days before the visit. 5 days came and went with no word from the hotel. The day of arrived and still nothing, the check in time and no communication. When we finally arrived in person we only found an empty from desk and no answer from the doorbell camera attached to the door.
