The host was very kind, and the neighborhood was lovely. The apartment is in a beautiful building, clean and well equipped, with a hair dryer and iron. The beds were comfortable. It's close to the city center but away from the crowds.

For the location and price, we had a nice stay. The host gave clear check-in and stay details and responded quickly. The shower had hot water. Our only reasons for not giving five stars were a slow-draining sink and a piece of glass in the bed, which we found the hard way.

A comfortable, welcoming stay and good value. The room had what we needed, including cutlery, a microwave, and a hot plate. If you're carrying a lot of luggage, keep in mind the rooms are on the second floor and you'll need to use the stairs.

My family really enjoyed staying at Le Stanze di Gaia. The cleanliness, neighborhood, room, view, equipment, and attitude were all better than I expected. Everything felt perfect. I hope we can come back. Grazie!

We'd never stayed in a guesthouse before, so it was a little confusing at first. There isn't a Le Stanze di Gaia sign on the building, though someone was waiting for us. The one small thing I missed was a way to iron clothes that had wrinkled in the suitcase. Otherwise, we had a great stay and would highly recommend Le Stanze di Gaia in Rome. It's a luxe building near Galleria Borghese, within walking distance of Termini station, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Spanish Steps. There are lots of good, reasonably priced places nearby to eat and drink, especially Osteria del Rione and La Gelateria Romana. The room looked brand new and modern, and daily cleaning was excellent. We appreciated having air conditioning and a safe. Free breakfast and coffee at Giaki's across the street were delicious.
