The fresh croissants and pastries Sheryl picked up each morning from the bakery down the street were fabulous, and there were other breakfast items as well. She was extremely kind and helpful. We loved how cozy and personal the B&B felt, much more than a big hotel chain, and the prices were very reasonable. Our room was quiet at night and quite soundproof, and it was surprisingly spacious and very clean. The shower was the coolest one we’ve ever used. It’s on a nice shopping street, within walking distance of central Rome, with the metro about a five-minute walk away for going farther. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

At Le Stanze di Orazio, the staff made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious, and our room was comfortable and clean. It’s also just a short walk from the Vatican. I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a short Rome break and liked how quiet the location was, while still being close enough to popular sights and the metro. We skipped breakfast because we wanted early starts to make the most of our time, but they gave us vouchers for the café down the road. The staff there were a little grumpy, maybe they’re not morning people like us! The room was clean and stayed cool with the A/C on hot days. They can also arrange their own taxi to the airport for 50 euros cash, which helped with our early departure. We’d recommend the place and stay again.

Just outside the Vatican, this little B&B is a great base for walking to Rome’s famous sights. The rooms are spacious and airy, though like most visitors we spent most of our days out exploring. Staff were super friendly and happy to share information or answer questions. I’d highly recommend it.

Our host Cheryl was the best, an absolute star. Le Stanze di Orazio was great, very clean, with a superb breakfast. It’s also an easy place to reach Rome’s highlights from. Thanks again for a great stay! Eveline
