Lh Royal Suites

The owners are genuinely warm, the rooms are excellent, and the location is just right. We've been coming to this lovely little hotel since 2016, and it has never let us down. We'll be back next time we're in Rome.

Fernanda made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She greeted us with a real smile, gave us all the information we needed, and helped make the stay go smoothly. Her kindness and professionalism stood out, as did how attentive and helpful the whole staff were. The rooms were well kept, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The amenities were better than we expected. Thanks to Fernanda and the team for a stay we won't forget. We'd happily return and recommend Lh Royal Suites.

We booked at the last minute, about 30 minutes before arriving, and everything went smoothly. The WhatsApp messages and instructions were easy to follow. Our larger room was cleaned daily, and the staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner was wonderful in weather over 97 degrees. Breakfast is available, but costs extra unless it's included in your reservation. The breakfast area is really cute, on the second floor, and there's an elevator if you need it. The hotel is very clean, accommodating, and in a great location. It's close to restaurants, shopping, transport, and lots of ancient sites, some just a 10-minute walk away. It's right across from the landmark where Cesar was murdered, with great gelato next door. Highly recommend it to anyone staying in Rome.

The location was good, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. It's an apartment building with six rooms, not really a hotel, and there's no one at the front desk. We had trouble with the electrical outlets, the refrigerator didn't get cold, and the air conditioning wasn't cool either. They also don't provide washcloths with the towels.
