For the price, the room was okay and clean. But there was construction going on in the building. Workers started at 7 am, hammering and cutting metal about 2 meters from our window. This should have been mentioned before we booked. The owner asked for an extra 40 euros because she had to wait for our arrival after reception hours, even though she stayed in the apartment day and night.

The staff were really kind, and check-in and checkout were quick. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had a generous continental spread. It’s a bit far from the centre, though.

The place was spotless, and the metro is only about a five-minute walk away. It goes right past the Colosseum, and the accommodation is also near the Basilica of San Paolo. Nely was such a kind host. Breakfast is served a three-minute walk away, which gives you a nice feel for Rome. I’d stay with her again if I return, and would give even more stars if I could. Thanks so much again.

Mrs. Nelly was incredibly helpful and kind. The B&B itself is simple, welcoming, and clean. It’s on the outskirts and a little out of the way, but public transport and shops are easy to get to. The area stays quiet and feels safe in the evening, and there are plenty of nearby spots for a good dinner.
