Little Queen Pantheon Residence

Jerso made our visit feel special. He was friendly, attentive, knew the menu well, and had great recommendations. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he went out of his way to make us feel at home. Little Queen Pantheon has a lovely, warm atmosphere that suits the charm of Rome, and we had a memorable time. It could get a bit noisy during peak hours, but that didn't take away from the experience. I highly recommend it for the great service and a wonderful time in the heart of Rome.

The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were incredible. They're restoring the facade, and some paint ended up on the floor while we were there. The room's power setup was also a bit odd: using the card by the door either cuts all the electricity, so you can't charge phones overnight, or you leave a light on because it's wired to the wall and has no switch. Even with those issues, the service made up for it. The location is great, too!

We didn't stay and had to book another place. The manager wouldn't refund us, even though we hadn't used the room, which was really disappointing. The listing on Hotels.com gave us a very different impression from the property itself. It's in an odd residential building with just six rooms and no reception or staff on site. At 360 USD a night, it felt like a complete rip-off. This is an apartment with six rooms, not what we expected from a hotel listing. I wouldn't recommend it.

Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and it was a real pleasure dealing with her. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a really comfortable bed, with all the little details thought through. We spent three fabulous nights here, and everything felt perfect. The location couldn't be better, within walking distance of all the city's main sights. We'll definitely come back.
