The staff made a real difference, with their cheerful, genuine approach and readiness to help. We felt welcome throughout. The place is beautifully renovated, with stylish design alongside authentic details, which gives it a warm character. Everything was spotless and well cared for, from the rooms and hallways to the entrance, garden, and terrace. Even our late arrival went smoothly, thanks to clear directions for the gate code and key collection. A lovely choice if you value comfort, style, and warm hospitality.

We had no problems at all, and the location was ideal, very close to the tram stop. The receptionist was wonderful and gave us lots of useful information. The apartment was beautiful, with amazing facilities. We'd absolutely come back. It's the best place we've ever stayed.

Abigail and Carlos made our few nights in Rome really memorable. Abigail greeted us and went out of her way to make everything smooth, easy, and enjoyable. We stayed in one of the apartments, which was spacious, very clean, and had a kitchen for cooking. The hotel is a little farther from the city center, but the bus stop was only a few minutes away. We could also park our vehicle right outside. We were traveling as a couple through Italy, and from the moment we arrived at Livia Valeria Palace Hotel, everything felt perfect.

Carlo, who works at the desk and around the property, is an absolute gem. The place itself is wonderful. I'd recommend it if you want somewhere great outside the city center, away from the tourists.

The staff were so kind and professional, always welcoming and attentive. The pool was a dream, clean and peaceful, and just right for relaxing. The location was beautiful and felt calm and secluded. My room and all the shared spaces were spotless, and I felt comfortable and well looked after. I stayed at Livia Valeria Palace from June 18th to 21st and loved everything about it. I'd happily return. It's the sort of place you keep thinking about after you've left.
