Serena is warm, genuine, and funny, and was happy to answer all our questions about Rome. The rooms are cozy and the place is clean, with very good prices. It’s an authentic Trastevere building in a safe area, including for women coming back alone at night. The location is great for walking and connecting to public transport.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the place was. The rooms have air conditioning, the bathroom was clean, and a simple breakfast was included. With the shared bathroom and kitchen it sits somewhere between a hotel and a hostel, but it’s managed really well. The Trastevere location is great.

The location was excellent, and the facilities were extremely clean throughout. Staff were friendly and helpful without getting in the way. I also loved the host’s food suggestions for different budgets. If I make it back to Rome, I’ll try to book here again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Serena was the worst host ever. She said the room we booked was available, then after we made the reservation she told us it wouldn’t be available on the first night. Because of her lies, we were left without a place to stay just two days before our flight. She ruined our vacation!

The location was good, and the host was really nice and informative. Ventilation wasn’t very good, though. Even after we hung the towels outside the bathroom, they never really dried.
