Phillip welcomed us warmly and made sure we felt comfortable from the start, and it was easy to get to the tram. The bed was uncomfortable, which was disappointing and the only reason for my lower rating. Otherwise, things were good.

Yanni gave incredible service and went the extra mile without charging us extra. Thanks!

The room was so humid that I couldn’t give it five stars. Still, it’s good value and conveniently close to public transport for getting around the city. Breakfast was instant coffee and a packaged croissant.

Not a bad hotel, though it’s a bit far from the center and the streets get noisy at night.
