Check-in was bad, and the bed was dirty and smelled. There was no hot water.

A good place to stay.

The room looked tempting in the online photos, so I booked the one with a jacuzzi. That was a mistake. We couldn't get hot water from the taps, and when I called the manager, he told me to follow the instructions. Nothing worked, so we couldn't fill the tub and relax. They said the jacuzzi was for two, but one person could barely fit. There were cobwebs on the walls, a fixed shower that couldn't be adjusted, a tiny badly installed sink, toilet paper sitting on the bathroom toothbrush, and a rusty, dirty towel rack. The room cost me 120 euros for one night. The next day at Termini I found a brand new B&B that was phenomenal for €80 a night. This place is over 1.3 km from the metro, too. Be wary of it. They wanted €60 in advance and the other €60 by bank transfer before we could enter. Given the state of the room, I wouldn't have paid the rest otherwise, or perhaps even then. I'm still waiting for the receipt or invoice that never arrived. Never again.

The room was in poor shape: the jacuzzi smelled like sewage, the shower was dirty and its faucet looked ready to come out of the wall. There was mold on a wall mirror, the curtain and one bedside lamp didn't work, and the floor was uneven. It wasn't luxurious at all and wasn't worth the price. Service was awful, too. I said we'd arrive at 6:30 PM, but at first nobody replied to my messages or calls. After I kept trying by phone, they sent directions that were quite hard to understand. The owner offered no real help, never met us in person, and handled everything through WhatsApp. I waited over 15 minutes on a street full of mosquitoes. Terrible experience. Don't go.
