Luxury Suites - Stay Inn Rome Experience

The price is really good, and the rooms were clean enough that nothing bothered me. Kyle was helpful and sincere, and I liked the rooms and kitchen. The location is absolutely perfect. I’d seen some bad reviews, but didn’t run into anything bad myself, so I’d definitely recommend it. It’s almost perfect, at least 9/10. There aren’t any signs. I forgot the directions, but ask for the location, find the building, go inside and turn right, then keep going to the lift. It’s an old machine, but works fine. Just make sure to close the doors.

We told them ahead of time that we’d be late for check-in and were assured it was fine because they offered self check-in. When we arrived, nobody was there to let us in. It turned out not to be self check-in after all, despite what they’d told us a few hours earlier. They kept our money and called it a “no show,” with no refund. Totally dishonest. Avoid this place.

It’s more like an apartment in a large building than a hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the host was excellent. It’s a bit confusing when you first arrive: ring the doorbell, take the elevator to the fourth floor, and then the host meets you. Not your typical hotel check-in.

Matteo, the manager, gave us great service and was waiting for us even though we checked in late. The place was spotless, with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. We had a superb stay, 4.8/5, and I’d highly recommend it.
