Its location was the highlight for us. We spent a week in Rome and never needed public transport, since all the sights were walkable, with cafes and shops nearby. The staff were attentive and friendly, and contacted us before arrival to ask when we’d get there and offer an earlier check-in if we needed it. Two bottles of water and cola were waiting in the room, which was spotless, with a comfortable bed and good towels. There’s a kettle, tea and a coffee machine too. I knew when booking that this was a 2-star hotel, so I wasn’t expecting luxury. I’m happy with our stay and would recommend it to friends and family.💕👍

The room was spacious, with a shared kitchen and patio. There’s a fridge where guests can leave short messages, which we thought was a fun touch. The location felt safe for walking, even at night, with cafes, diners, metro and other hotels nearby. Fontana De Trevi is about a kilometer away, and so is Roam Termini. Irem, the property owner, was very kind when our stay had to be cut short. We’d booked two nights and three days starting August 27, but the air conditioning didn’t work during the hot summer weather, so we couldn’t get comfortable. He first sent someone to try to fix it, and when that failed, offered help with getting a refund, which is still being processed. The stay could have been better if the AC had worked or the weather had been cooler.

We really enjoyed our Rome trip, and the location was great. Trevi fountain is less than a 5-minute walk away, there are lots of restaurants nearby, and a Metro station is close too. Before check-in, they texted us the entry instructions and code. The little hotel has, I think, six or nine units on the second floor, plus a small elevator. Our room had the basics and could use a few updates, but the air conditioning worked very well. The shower had good pressure and temperature, and there was a bidet beside the toilet. In the common area, there’s an espresso machine and refrigerator. Fatih or Marco were around most mornings, and otherwise they were reachable by text. Almost every time, they answered my questions and requests right away. Checkout is at 10am, but you can leave your luggage there and collect it later.

Maria was very sweet and helpful, and our clean room was a good size for the price. The bedding and towels were changed regularly, and we had a nice little balcony where we ate breakfast. It’s a short walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps, with plenty of places to eat nearby, as you’d expect in Rome. Finding the property was a bit of a job because the only sign outside was about 6"x6". If you like a continental breakfast and sleep heavily, it would be ideal.
