We stayed in the apartment on February 11th before catching our flight. It was in a great location and the quality was incredibly high.

On arrival, our request for two separate beds hadn’t been followed, even though it was the only request I’d made. The host said he couldn’t remember every detail. The check-in for our two-night stay was also inflexible and didn’t match what the website said. When the owner messaged to arrange a time, no alternatives were offered, which made us feel our needs weren’t being considered from the start. We found cockroaches, and there was no hot water. I reported the water problem repeatedly, but it wasn’t fixed or taken seriously. The house felt unsanitary, and the stay was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The hostess was especially helpful and courteous, and we’ll remember her for our next trip to the capital. The apartment has recently been renovated, is very pleasant, and comes with what you need for a relaxing holiday. Public transport is well connected, so getting to the main sights is easy.

There’s a lovely bike path nearby, and the vacation home is just a short walk from Gemelli Hospital. It was spotlessly clean and had everything for a longer stay, including a washing machine with detergent and a vacuum cleaner. Alessia was an efficient, helpful host, ready to sort out any issues, including some uncertainty about how long the person I was staying for would be there. Highly recommended.
